Welcome to Tamil Nanban Coaching Center. By accessing or using our mock test platform at tamilnanban.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). தயவுசெய்து கவனமாக படியுங்கள்.

1. Acceptance of Terms / விதிமுறைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுதல்

இந்த platform-ஐ use செய்வதன் மூலம் — நீங்கள் இந்த Terms-க்கு ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறீர்கள். ஏற்காவிட்டால் — service-ஐ use செய்ய வேண்டாம்.

2. Service Description / சேவை விளக்கம்

Tamil Nanban Coaching Center provides:

• 31 Mock Tests for TNPSC, TNTET, மற்றும் related Tamil Nadu competitive exams
• Day 1 Demo Test — Free access
• Days 2-31 Premium Tests — ₹99 / 90 days subscription
• Auto-grading + instant results
• Unlimited re-attempts during subscription period
• Tamil language interface

3. Account Registration / கணக்கு உருவாக்கம்

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Indian mobile number (10 digits, starts with 6/7/8/9) required
• One account per mobile number
• One device per account (Device Lock policy)
• தவறான information கொடுத்தால் — account terminate

4. Device Lock Policy / டிவைஸ் பூட்டு கொள்கை

Security மற்றும் anti-piracy-க்காக:

• ஒரு account → ஒரே ஒரு device-ல் மட்டும் use செய்ய முடியும்
• Device change தேவை எனில் — admin-ஐ contact செய்ய வேண்டும்
• Mobile + Device fingerprint match ஆனால் மட்டுமே access

5. Payment Terms / கட்டண விதிமுறைகள்

• Price: ₹99 (Ninety Nine Rupees only)
• Validity: 90 days from payment date
• Access: Unlimited re-attempts on all 31 tests during validity
• Payment Gateway: Razorpay (UPI / Card / Netbanking / Wallets)
• Auto-unlock: Payment success → instant access
• Currency: INR only
• Renewal: 90 நாட்கள் முடிந்த பின் — மீண்டும் ₹99 கட்டி renew செய்யலாம்

6. Content Ownership & Anti-Piracy / உள்ளடக்க உரிமை

• எல்லா test content — Tamil Nanban Coaching Center-ன் intellectual property
• AES-256 encryption + watermarking-உடன் deliver செய்யப்படுகிறது
• Screenshot/screen-record-ல் — உங்கள் mobile number traceable
• Leak detected ஆனால் → account immediate ban + legal action
• Refund refused for piracy violations

7. User Obligations / பயனர் கடமைகள்

You agree NOT to:

• Share login credentials
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Attempt to bypass security (encryption, device lock, watermark)
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Copy/distribute test content
• Create multiple accounts
• Engage in fraudulent payment activities

8. Service Availability / சேவை கிடைக்கும் தன்மை

நாங்கள் 24/7 service-ஐ வழங்க முயற்சிப்போம், ஆனால்:

• Maintenance windows-ல் temporary downtime சாத்தியம்
• Firebase / Razorpay outages நமது control-ல் இல்லை
• Internet connection issues — your responsibility

9. Limitation of Liability / பொறுப்பு வரம்பு

Tamil Nanban Coaching Center-ன் total liability — paid amount (₹99) limit-க்குள்.

• Test content educational reference மட்டுமே — actual exam syllabus மாறலாம்
• Exam-ல் success guarantee இல்லை
• Service interruptions-க்கு compensation இல்லை

10. Termination / சேவை நிறுத்தம்

நாம் account terminate செய்ய உரிமை கொண்டிருக்கிறோம் (without refund):

• Terms violation
• Content piracy
• Fraudulent activities
• Multiple account attempts
• Security attacks

11. Modifications / மாற்றங்கள்

இந்த Terms-ஐ எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் update செய்யலாம். Major changes-க்கு users-ஐ notify செய்வோம்.

12. Governing Law / சட்ட எல்லை

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Tamil Nadu jurisdiction.

13. Contact / தொடர்பு
